Work alongside the event’s designer to brand Jazz at Lincoln Center within 24 hours of the event.
With a series of branded Selfie Socialite kiosks throughout the event space, guests could snap DSLR quality images at the tap of a screen. Images were instantly available for print and sharing via social media helping BET create an instant buzz from the event.
Our fabrication team developed a clear octagonal isolation booth with BET Experience branding to produce studio quality recordings live at the event. Guests could choose from a wide variety of songs representing BET artists and upcoming programming. Finished songs were emailed to guests immediately following their recording session.
Upon receiving the final go-ahead on all designs our print fabrication team leaped into action employing our large format HP printers, automated vinyl cutters, and a huge case of Redbull. Within 12 hours we produced and delivered printed elements for the event including mounted set pieces, cut vinyl decals, and sublimated fabric backdrops to assist in the transformation of Jazz at Lincoln Center into the BET Upfront Experience.
